Terms of Service

1. Who provides Ragafied

Ragafied is provided by LifeSage LLC, located in 600 1st Ave Ste 102, PMB 2132, Seattle WA 98104, United States. Contact us at support@ragafied.com.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to create an account. Ragafied does not offer accounts for minors at launch.

3. Music you add

You keep any rights you hold in music and other material you add. You grant Ragafied a limited, nonexclusive license to retrieve, host, copy, process, modify, transmit, and play that material only as needed to provide and operate the service, comply with law, and enforce these terms. To avoid processing identical audio again, the service may reuse source files and processed results when another member independently submits the same file or source. This does not give that member access to your account, private edits, or lessons.

You may submit a YouTube URL, upload a file, or share material only when you own the necessary rights or have permission for the intended use. Your confirmation records your statement; it does not grant rights or establish that the use is lawful. Buying a copy of a song or finding it on YouTube does not necessarily give you permission to retrieve, process, or share it.

You are also responsible for following the terms that apply to the source, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Ragafied may be unable to retrieve some videos because they are unavailable, restricted, unsupported, or changed by the source service.

4. Private tracks and sharing

Tracks are private unless you choose to share one. A shared track can be played only by an eligible signed-in Ragafied member. Anyone with the link who meets the membership requirements can play the track, including someone a recipient forwards it to. You can revoke the link to stop future access.

Ragafied does not provide a download control for tracks. No technical measure can prevent every form of copying or recording. Membership access and playback controls do not change copyright ownership or grant permission to share music.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Ragafied to break the law, infringe another person's rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service, scrape the service at scale, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Do not submit links to or upload material that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.

6. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships, trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are described in the Billing terms. Prices and material payment terms appear before you confirm a purchase.

7. Copyright reports

We respond to valid copyright reports and may remove or restrict access to disputed material. See the Copyright policy for the information a report must include.

Private beta lessons

Lesson creation and teacher tools are available only to invited accounts. Access and features may change during the beta. The public membership does not promise access to these tools, and paid lesson sales and creator payouts are not offered at launch. Contact support@ragafied.com about beta access.

Before recording or submitting a teaching session, obtain the necessary permissions from everyone recorded. Teachers are responsible for reviewing instructions and automated feedback and for following applicable student privacy and consent requirements.

8. Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or close an account that violates these terms, creates risk, or must be restricted by law. You may stop using Ragafied and cancel your membership at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Ragafied is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI and audio algorithms can make mistakes in vocal isolation, rhythm detection where available, pitch and reference-note detection, automatic segmentation, real-time microphone analysis, and any automatic feedback or grading. Results may include unwanted sounds, missed notes, incorrect octaves, or inaccurate timing. Review results by listening; do not treat a graph or score as a complete assessment of singing. Ragafied is a practice tool and does not replace a qualified music teacher.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice as required by law. The effective date at the top shows when the current terms take effect.
